Wageningen University is one of the leading centres in Food Science and Technology in Europe and the world. The Food Safety programme of Wageningen University was the first MSc in Food Safety worldwide.

From September 2012 the programme will offer a specialisation in Food Safety Law. This specialisation is also open for students with a law degree !
The programme is designed in close co-operation with the largest European Food Industries and focuses largely on Food Safety Management. The programme includes strong (technical) background on Toxicology and Microbiology, as well as Food Law, Food Safety Economics, Risk Management, Risk Analysis and Communication.
