This site provides information on the MSc programme Food Safety of Wageningen University.

Wageningen University is one of the leading centres in Food Science and Technology in Europe and the world. The Food Safety programme of Wageningen University was the first MSc in Food Safety worldwide.

The programme is designed in close co-operation with the largest European Food Industries and focuses largely on Food Safety Management. The programme includes strong (technical) background on Toxicology and Microbiology, as well as Food Law, Food Safety Economics, Risk Management, Risk Analysis and Communication.
